With over 30 years of leadership in global enterprise companies and as a military officer, 15 years as an independent Director and/or Chief Executive Officer of public, private and not-for-profit companies, Ed is foremost an operating executive with strategic vision, practical implementation, and governance skills.

He has significant line experience in transitioning founder-led, product driven companies into professional market driven companies, turning around distressed businesses and commercializing, integrating and growing emerging technologies. With deep functional knowledge and broad global experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance, R&D/Engineering, Customer Support and Investor Relations, Ed has a "total business" view with a detailed understanding of each functional discipline.
